Casing Roller

The Casing roller can reshape and recover the casing slightly deformed in oil, gas as well as water well.it is suitable for smaller well with slightly deformed casing. If the deformation of the casing is very serious, the latus rectum won't live up to the standard as to the limitation of the intensity of drill tools and ground dynamic,and can't complete it at one time. 

Construction

The Casing Roller consists of eccentric axis, up roll, middle roll, down roll, cone roll, plug, steel ball. The upper end of eccentric axis connects with box thread of the drill string, and its lower end is in four-stage different sizes and axises. The roller is divided into upper roll, middle roll, down roll, and cone roll. Apart from cone roll, they are all reshaping parts. As for cone roll, it not only complies with guide shoe, but also cooperates with mandel,after producing sphere trough. Entering into the relative ball, the cone roll plays a role in setting a limit for the upper roll, middle roll, and down roll. Meanwhile it also takes part in the initial working.
