Long conical surface tube expander

The Long conical surface tube expander is one of reforming tools to repair the deformation of casing with inner hole. 

Construction

The Long conical surface tube expander consists of long conical surface and upper column. With integral structure, it has waterhole inside and three reversing spiral flutes outside which exert circulation in order to lower the temperature of connections between the conical surface and deformed surface. The upper end connects with drill pipe. When impact force enforced by drill tool, the conical face of the tool deformed the casing many times and make it live up to the size of latus rectum.
