CK-2 EURO-Silver kiln for charcoal production!

Description:

Thelast version of CK-2 EURO-Silver: mechanization of control system,aspiration system, improved insulation, new construction oftrolleys, updated furnace, chimney etc. The chambers are made ofnon-corrosive metal.

Thiskiln is used for lumpy wood waste processing of lumbering andfirewood soft- and hardwood species, and also of all kinds ofbriquettes from wood raw materials and agricultural wastes with aview of producing charcoal for the national economyneeds.

1. The chamber. It is made of non-corrosiveheat-resistant steel. This makes it possible to increase theservice life significantly. The heat losses during the kilnoperation were reduced due to the changed construction of thewalls. The products of drying/pyrolysis don’t get inside thechamber; it means that they don’t get inside the workroom; thechamber and premise stay clean.

2. The fire chamber. New insulating materialsmaking the furnace lighter and decreasing heat losses were applied.New furnace burner is made of heat-resistant concrete preventsoverflow of pyrolysis products from one chamber into another.Mechanized and practically airtight fire dampers are meant formaximal temperature up to 1300OC.

3. Control and measuringdevices. Control mechanization helps to control the kilnremotely and also make the process automated. The readings of 6thermocouples are shown simultaneously. All cables are placed intothe insulated box and protected with corrugated hose. Warningalarms: increase above- and decrease below the permissibletemperature are accompanied with jerky zoom; alarm of the fluidreducing in the water-lock and the pressure increasing in thechamber is a "school" ring. Memory capacity is up to 5000 valuesper the thermocouple. Synchronization with PC.

4. The chimney.Equipped with a chimney cowl, enforcing the draught, that isbeneficial to the flow of the process. It has an external heatinsulation protected with metal sheet from atmosphericinfluence.

5. Thetrolley. Equipped with built-in collector. The products ofdrying/pyrolysis are emitted directly from the trolley. Thechambers are staying absolutely clean, that prolongs service lifeof the kiln, makes operation comfortable and safe. Also itincreases coefficient of kiln efficiency significantly. The trolleydoor is perfectly adjacent to the surface of trolley. Four trolleysare loaded/unloaded in coupling.

6. Loading/unloading of thetrolleys. Mechanized loading and unloading of the trolleysinto/out the chamber minimizes number of the service staff.
