CMC for oil and gad drilling

Product Description
Introduction:
CMC is white or off-white powder. LV-CMC is used as filter loss reducer, and
CMC-HV is used as filter loss reducer and viscosifier. Both CMC-LV and CMC-HV
have good salt resistance.
Application:
CMC-LV and CMC-HV can be directly used in all water base drilling fluids as filter
loss reducer and viscosifier. CMC-LV and CMC-HV are compatible with many water
base drilling fluid additives. Recommended treatment is 0.3 - 1.5% in fresh water
drilling fluids, and 0.7 - 0.9% in saltwater drilling fluids.
Packaging & Storage:
CMC-LV and CMC-HV are packaged in 25-kg multi-wall paper sacks with
polyethylene liners. It is required to store in a dry location away from sources of heat
or ignition, and minimize dust.
