Polyester fiber, a popular name of terylen fiber, is a most commomly material used in nonwoven filter felt. It has a excellent dimension stability and abrasion resistance.But its anti-acid and anti-alkali capability is moderate, easy to hydrolyze especially at high temperature.
After the heat treatment, we can make it smooth in the surface, easy to clean. After the water and oill repellent treatment, we can make it have a longer lifetime and shorter cleaning cycle, hence the maintenance cost could be reduced.
It is suitable for dust collection and removal in cement, metallurgical industry and steel industry etc.
