Our company can produce the whole set of production line of Potassium Sulfate.

This technology is one of most advanced production methods of potassium sulfate. The core is updated new reaction furnace based upon the basis of dry baking method to produce the potassium sulfate. Under the support of the special equipment, it has resolved the abrasion and the corrosion under the condition of high temperature and strong acid and the process problem of continuous output. Comparing with the same equipment from foreign countries, its outstanding characters are little investment, short building duration (four to six months), high atomization reliable quality, high heating efficient, high output, and environment protective. 

The design, fabrication, installation, production process, inspection and testing of this whole set of technique and equipment, are completed by our Company singly. We have successfully transferred the whole set of equipment and technique to many firms in Philippines, Indonesia, India, Egypt, etc in recent year, and got good effect.

The technical parameters of the Potassium Sulfate produced by our company are as following:

1. Can reach the following Spec. when Sulfuric acid and potassium chloride are superior quality and have enough time to react:

   K2O:  50%min

   Moisture content :  0.5%max

   Chlorine:  1%max

   PH value:  6.5-7

2. Can reach the following Spec. on a large scale in practical industrial production:

    K2O:  50%min

   Moisture content : 1.5%max

   Chlorine : 1.5%max

   PH value : 6.5-7
