Raw coal gas pipeline
The raw coal gas main pipe dust collector is for air distribution, and it will distribute the raw coal gas to the tanks of dust collector, the main pipe is designed based on uniform speed tubes. Since the dust content of raw coal gas is comparatively large, the main pipe will do wear-resistant treatment on the inner wall in order to prevent intense abrasion.
There is one set of large pull rod compensator on raw coal gas main pipe, which is for compensating the length change because of temperature change.
Clean coal gas pipeline
The clean gas outlet main pipe will collect the coal gas in each tank after purified, then flow into coal gas pipe network after forming TRT through pressure adjusting valve. The main pipe is designed based on uniform speed tubes. The diameter of pipe is DN1800mm, DN2200mm.
There is one large pull rod compensator on clean gas main pipe, which is for compensating the length change because of temperature change.
