1-Capacity: 60m3/hr fresh concrete and 70m3/hrdry concrete.

2-Aggregate storage bins: with capability of storage4 kind of material in different sizes, 50 m3 the total capacities,equipped with pneumatically controlled dischargedopening.

3-Aggregateweighting system: Hooper and belt conveyor mounted on 4 highquality load cells with capacity of 2500 kg, for achieving exactlyto the predefined admixture. Weighting conveyor with 800 mm width,10 m length and a 7.5 Kw European made electromotor.

4-Bucket:capacity of 2500 kg aggregates, equipped with European made 7.5 Kwelectro motor.

5- Mixer:horizontal mixer, capacity of 1 m3, European made 37 Kw electromotor, Reggiana gearbox with 24 months guaranty, walls and floorcovered by anti abrasion cast steel tiles.

6- Cementweighting system: 500 kg capacity, equipped with high quality loadcells for achieving exactly to the predefined admixture.

7- Watersupply system: Digital water control, 2" watersupply pump and automatic controlling system.

8-Operatorcabin: with its belongings is a suitable place for settlement theoperator and make a good condition to control the plant.

9-Pneumatic system: With Italian accessories and 350Lit air compressor.
