2- Aggregate storage bins: 4 kind of material in differentsizes, total capacities of 30 m3, equipped with pneumaticallycontrolled discharged opening

4- Cement silo capable of storing two types of cement withcapacity of 25 ton. Equipped with two screw conveyors fortransporting cement to weighting hopper by 7.5 kw motorgearboxes.

5- Aggregate weighting system: Hooper and belt conveyor mountedon 4 high quality load cells with capacity of 2500 kg, forachieving exactly the predefined admixture. Weighting conveyor 650mm width, 10 mm thickness and 7.5 Kw electro gearboxes.

6- Cement weighting system: 500 kg capacity, equipped with highquality load cells for achieving exactly the predefinedadmixture.

7- Mixer: horizontal mixer, 0.5 m3 capacity, Europeanmade 22Kw electro motor, Italian gearbox with 24 months guaranty,walls and floor covered by anti abrasion cast steel tiles.

 8- Pneumatic system:  equipped with10 bar pressure air compressor, Control valves and pneumaticjacks

 9- Water supply system: equipped with digital water meterand automatic control systems

10- Operator cabin: with its belongings is a suitable place forsettlement the operator and make a good condition to control theplant with programming system and manual /automatic control.
