1-Capacity: 30-40m3/hr concrete

2-Aggregate storage bins: 4 kind of material in different sizes,total capacities of 30 m3, equipped with pneumatically controlleddischarged opening

3- Chassis,axle and wheel, Pneumatic braking system,  standard trailerking pin, stairs and walk way around mixer 

4- Cementsilo capable of storing two types of cement with capacity of 25ton. Equipped with two screw conveyors for transporting cementto weighting hopper by 7.5 kw motor gearboxes.

5- Aggregate weighting system: Hooper and belt conveyormounted on 4 high quality load cells with capacity of 2500 kg, forachieving exactly the predefined admixture. Weighting conveyor 650mm width, 10 mm thickness and 7.5 Kw electro gearboxes.

6- Cementweighting system: 500 kg capacity, equipped with high quality loadcells for achieving exactly the predefined admixture.

7- Mixer:horizontal mixer, 0.5 m3 capacity, European made 22Kwelectro motor, Italian gearbox with 24 months guaranty, walls andfloor covered by anti abrasion cast steel tiles.

 8-Pneumatic system:  equipped with 10 barpressure air compressor, Controlvalvesandpneumaticjacks

 9-Water supply system:equipped with digital water meter and automatic controlsystems

10-Operator cabin: with its belongings is a suitable place forsettlement the operator and make a good condition to control theplant with programming system and manual /automaticcontrol.

11-Required power: 75 kw.
